Body Stress Release

Developed in 1981, body stress release, or BSR, is a gentle, non-invasive technique which focuses on unlocking stored tension so that the body may restore itself to its natural state in which is protects and heals itself effectively.

This highly specialised technique has spread across the globe and is practiced in 22 countries with only 2 training academies worldwide.

As a practitioner, I use the body’s response to a series of organised stimuli to locate the areas of stored stress before using a gentle, yet precise technique to unlock the tension in that area.

During each session, I note how the body has responded to the release so that each session follows the previous one with clear, concise direction.
